Nain Carpets and rugs are made in the town of Nain , located in central Persia,
these carpets are well known for its finest quality kurk wool which is as expensive as silk.
In Persia and when the sheep is only a few months old, they get their first shave, this wool is from that first shave. It is the most lively and softest wool in all of Asia. The average knot count can be from 450 knots per square inch to 600, which makes it a very fine quality rug.
